My spiritual healing, energy rebalancing, chakra balancing, holistic life coaching, meditation, mindfulness and tarot reading practice is based in CHISWICK,W4 - WEST LONDON, near to Hammersmith, close to the A4 and M4 motorways and within easy reach of Turnham Green and Stamford Brook tube stations. There are many bus routes to Chiswick High Road, a short walk from my house. Parking is easy in my quiet residential road.
- Whether I am working with clients within the different disciplines of holistic therapies or holistic life coaching, I always believe in conducting my sessions in an integrated, intuitive and empathetic way. By a process of listening, discussion and agreement and by respecting their entire being - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual - I action a way forward with my clients. This approach is supported by many years of experience and by my qualifications in a wide number of holistic therapies and in life coaching.
- I am happy to see clients for face-to-face sessions. I work from home in an environment made calm by music, candles, crystals and aromatic fragrances. I always give time for clients to talk to me, before the start of a treatment.
I also have an established business working remotely. This is an acknowledged format for follow-up appointments in holistic life coaching, but I have also been offering this facility with success, since Covid, for my holistic therapies work. This may be preferable if you cannot reach West London / Chiswick, W4 easily.

Holistic Therapies
I include within my holistic therapies:
- Healing/Chakra Balancing, including chakra healing, energy rebalancing and spiritual protection work
- Meditation/Mindfulness, including visualisations, breath work, affirmations, and ways to reduce anxiety and stress
- Tarot reading to clarify and to support self-development work
Although I list my therapies separately for greater ease of understanding, I will often integrate them to create a specialised session for each person. For example, spiritual healing may include meditation, visualisation and energy protection techniques.

The feedback I receive is that every session feels truly holistic and tailored to each person's needs.

Holistic Life Coaching
I also offer life coaching within my practice, after extensive study in this discipline. I would describe myself as a personal holistic life coach, rather than working at a corporate level. However, I can certainly bring my extensive business background and experience to support a client's life coaching requirements, which may include their career situation as well as their personal needs.
As with my Holistic Therapies practice, I work in an integrated and intuitive way. The exploration of core values, as well as one's life purpose, form an important part of this work with clients. I would therefore also describe myself as a spiritual life coach.
