If you contact me by email from this website, the only information I request is your name, telephone number and email address. This information is simply held for the purpose of a communication exchange. I will delete all this information promptly if you do not wish to make an appointment. I will not send marketing information or share your details with a third party organisation.
During your first appointment with me, I will explain why and how I retain your personal data and will ask you to give opt-in consent. This is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulations that came into force on 25 May 2018. In accordance with the data protection compliance of 19 June 2026, I will let you know the process I have in place, in the event that you wish to raise a data protection complaint.
